Our portfolio of work includes multi-family residential apartment and townhouse developments, mass timber and concrete, high-rise and wood-frame construction, senior-assisted living and care facilities, and mixed-use retail and office projects.
Our architectural team’s broad experience with clients and consultants over the years has given us a deep understanding of what makes projects successful. In every project, we take a client-centered approach – nurturing strong relationships with consultants, collaborating with planning and building departments, and adhering to timelines and budgets. All this fosters results: good design, smooth construction, and thriving communities.
Our experience operating a business in architecture, combined with our expertise in a variety of building types means that we have a deep understanding of the process and work involved.
We stay on track and keep you on track too. We follow up and maintain checkpoints through all phases of the project to ensure all goes smoothly.
We’re committed to ensuring teamwork and maintaining strong professional relationships with our clients, planning and building departments, and consultants.
Being adept and nimble is our edge. We’re client-centred, tailoring our approach and team to your needs.
A team approach to consultant integration can be included in our work, including energy modelling, sustainability, building envelope, landscape, and interiors.

Duane Siegrist is a recognized leader in architecture, known for his vision and dedication throughout an extensive career in multi-family residential, mixed-use, and community-centred projects. A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Architecture, Duane brings an innovative and client-focused approach rooted in his expertise in urban design and engineering.
As co-founder of Integra Architecture in 1999, he aimed to bridge the gap between design and construction, creating transformative projects across British Columbia, Canada, and China. Over two decades, he built a trusted reputation and strong relationships within the building industry, guiding the firm’s evolution to ensure its continued legacy.
Today, at SIEGRIST, he continues to lead projects with a practical understanding of how buildings are constructed, ensuring successful outcomes for every team member involved. His portfolio includes the restoration of historic structures, large-scale urban planning, and the design of vibrant, mixed-use communities.
His work spans senior living and care facilities, special-needs accommodations, commercial, retail, and office spaces—ranging from concrete high-rises to wood-frame developments. Outside of his practice, Duane is a licensed architect in various provinces, a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, and has volunteered with the AIBC - Architectural Institute of BC, where he contributes to support the Intern-architect learning program and continues to advocate for the standardization of education within the profession and regulatory authorities.
What really drives Duane is seeing a project come to life — working side by side with clients, co-workers, consultants, and builders to create places where people can truly thrive.
